For Neuropsychologists

Whitney Health · A professional assessment platform that extends your clinical reach without extending your hours.

Whitney Health is not a replacement for neuropsychological judgment. It is an instrument that delivers more complete observational data than a traditional in-person evaluation — and a platform that handles administration, scoring, transcription, and annotation so you can focus on what requires your expertise: interpretation, diagnosis, and care planning.

What You Receive

Before you write a single word of a report, Whitney Health delivers:

01

Complete performance scores across memory, attention, executive function, processing speed, speech, language, motor function, and mood — with normative comparisons and sub-index data

02

Automated speech-to-text transcripts of all recorded speech tasks, reviewed and corrected by Whitney Health QC staff

03

A fully annotated session recording — behavioral events labeled, clinically relevant moments flagged — navigable by clicking directly on scores of interest

04

Complete intake data: medical history, family history, medications, self-report questionnaires, and caregiver report where applicable

05

Evidence-based disease likelihood indices across aMCI, naMCI, late-life depression, and related conditions

The annotated recording is a more complete observational record than real-time in-person review, where observations are unrepeatable. You can navigate to any labeled moment, review it in context, and return to it later — across sessions, across time.

The Clinical Workflow

01

Assign & Configure

Log into Whitney Health and assign an assessment battery directly. Select delivery modality, supervision arrangement, and protocol parameters. As both the ordering and reviewing clinician, you have full case visibility from assignment through final report submission.

02

Patient Completes Assessment

The patient completes registration, intake questionnaires, and the supervised session — in-office or via telehealth. Whitney Health QC staff process and annotate the session. You are notified when the clinical package is ready for review.

03

Review & Preliminary Report

Open the complete clinical package in the Whitney Health platform. Navigate from summary scores to domain-level data to individual task performance, with direct access to annotated recording moments at each level. Write the preliminary report within the platform, integrating scores with your behavioral observations. The preliminary report is your clinical hypothesis. It is not finalized until after the patient encounter.

04

Clinical Interview & Adaptive Assessment

Conduct the follow-up telehealth visit with the patient — and, where applicable, a family member or caregiver — informed by the preliminary report. If the clinical picture warrants additional evaluation, assign supplementary assessments or questionnaires through the platform and administer them immediately within the same session. Results are scored and available to you in real time.

05

Final Report & Care Plan

Following the patient encounter, finalize and submit the clinical report and recommended care plan through the Whitney Health platform. The report is delivered to the ordering clinician’s dashboard and to the patient’s EHR.

Longitudinal Practice

Whitney Health’s longitudinal monitoring system tracks each patient’s cognitive and functional trajectory over time. The platform flags clinically meaningful change against the patient’s own baseline — not just population norms. You review follow-up sessions through the same clinical interface, with full access to prior session data for direct comparison.

The platform’s patented architecture minimizes practice effects and statistically models expected retest trajectories from normative control data, so longitudinal change reflects genuine functional shift rather than anticipated improvement. You can track patients at any frequency your clinical judgment requires.

Two Participation Models

In-House Neuropsychologist

Your health system or practice onboards you as a reviewing clinician on the Whitney Health platform. You receive referrals from ordering physicians within your organization, review cases through the platform, and author reports that are delivered to the ordering clinician and the patient’s EHR. Whitney Health handles administration, supervision, scoring, transcription, and annotation.

Whitney Health Neuropsychologist Network

Join the Whitney Health neuropsychologist network and receive referrals from health system partners across the platform. Review cases remotely through the platform’s clinical interface. Set your own availability and caseload. Whitney Health handles all administrative coordination, scheduling, and delivery logistics.
